Electrical specification of plastic materials:
1. All parts of traffic signal housings are made of black-coloured polycarbonate materials, which are the best for traffic signals. These materials are anti UV , dust and moisture resistant. They also work in temperature between -35 to +85°C.
Traffic signal housings are made of recyclable polymer materials and they are environment friendly.

5. All the traffic signal poles and its joints are designed in a way that can be adjusted to vertical axis. Its poles are very firm and they are replaceable. They will not deflect or bend easily.
6. You can see production date, type of material and name of company on all the main parts of traffic signal ( like body and door ), you can determine the production date of products from this table.
7. There is a special plastic between door and body of traffic signal that make it water and dust resistant.
8. İn accordance with IEC529 satndard, it meets IP53.
9. LED traffic signal body has three seperate houses that connect together with three screw. There are signal poles in upper and lower part of traffic signal that help to install signal to the traffic signal pillar. It help to adjust appropriate visual angle and a cable that go through it.
10. Lens is made of transparent polycarbonate materials. It has appropriate resistance to work in
environment and its colour garranty is 5 years.
11. Lights are medular and can install from one to four housed signal.
12. Signal body poles are made of traffical polycarbonate materials.
13. Traffic signals housings have one year garranty and its life time is 5 years.
