LED Pedestrian Module

1. Product charactristics of LED pedestrian modules:
LED Pedestrian Modules produce minimum luminous intensity in appropriate manner and reduce power up to 4 watt. These products are designed in a way that can be installed easily on signal housings.
LED trafic modules have traffic LEDs and two special lenses, one of them with duty of giving one -sided illumination and the other with duty of setting point of the light.
LED traffic modules are moisture, dust and vibration resistant . They are UV stablized and can withstand ultraviolet exposure.
Electrical Specifications
1. LED traffic modules have a control system that produce appropriate operation voltage.
2. Operation Voltage

• Operation voltage of LED traffic modules shall be 50 V ± 220 V and have the frequency of 50 Hz.

3. Electrical isolation
• The isolator surface of LED traffic modules can bear electrical voltage of 1000VAC. ( Isolator resistance is more than 30 MΩ.)
4. The electric power of modules with voltage of 220 VAC and the frequency of 50 Hz:
A. LED green lights: 18 W
B. LED red lights: 10 W
• The switching board has the minimum electrical power of 20 W.
5. Longevity
• LED traffic signals life time is 100,000 hours.
6. For green and red modules, appropriate time of measuring luminous intensity is 5 minute and for yellow modules is immediately after turning on.
7. Wavelength of three-coloured LED traffic signals:

8.The used LEDs are traffical LEDs and have luminous intensity of 3,0 candle.
9. LED traffic modules’ circuits have surge protection quality and can withstand high and low frequency and surges.
10. LED modules are designed in a way that its illumination changes in accordance with light of environment. This reduction is in the way that luminous intensity of all the LEDs reduce in the same quantity.
11. This luminous intensity reduction is continous. The minimum luminous intensity in - 2.5° vertical angle and -2.5° horizontal angle is not below 30% of licensable minimum low voltage.
12. TheLED modules light don’t have any electro magnetic effect on environment.
13. LEd modules in temperature of +25° C have 9% of power factor and nominal voltage.
14. When there is no shell in the back of module, LED modules can work in the temperature of -20 to + 75° C.
15. LEDs are placed in a way that burning one of LEDs doesn’t affect the luminous intensity and other LEDs operation.
